Secure Ordering
Your credit card transactions are secure with Audacious Pet Boutique. We utilize a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. When the "http" in the address URL changes to "https", this indicates you are now using a secure connection. You may notice a pop-up dialog box indicating that you are about to enter a secure area.
We are also equipped to accept orders via telephone, however, we suggest ordering online for faster and most accurate service. We assure you that ordering online with us is both safe and secure.
If you have any difficulty ordering from our web site or have questions about sizing, please contact us. Audacious Pet Boutique relies upon the accuracy of your online order information. We are not to be held responsible for customer typographical errors.
Payment Methods
Audacious Pet Boutique's shopping cart accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Audacious Pet Boutique is also equipped to accept orders via telephone. We will accept money orders, personal or business checks (made payable to "Audacious Pet Boutique"). However, due to substantial banking fees, orders will not begin processing until the check/money order has cleared. Returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 charge.
Custom Orders
Please note that many of our designs are "custom-made". This means that the item was created specifically for your pet based on the size information you have provided to us. For this reason, custom orders may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Availability
Audacious Pet Boutique does not keep stock on ALL items available. Many of our items are custom-made. We ask that you please allow approx. 2 weeks for delivery. If in stock, Audacious Pet Boutique will ship your order immediately. Other times, orders may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, items may take up to approx. 4 weeks to ship.Some itmes may be on "backorder", and you will recieve a email alert. It is also impossible for us to stock everything and we may sell out of a particular item. We will not be responsible for any "sell outs". We will send you an email alert if an item you have ordered is sold out and can not be shipped to you. Items on website state that at least one is in stock for each item, this is not always correct, we had to state that we had one of all itmes in order to list the item on our website and offer the picture.
Shipping Policy
Audacious Pet Boutique is happy to offer international shipping on most orders. However, please be advised that additional shipping charges may incur outside the continental US and Canada. If this pertains to your order, you will be contacted prior to shipping. An invoice for additional shipping costs will be sent. Shipment cannot be sent until additional shipping charges have been paid. Duties and taxes and other fees may be assessed by your country's government. Audacious Pet Boutique is not liable for any duties or taxes assessed on your shipment. Please note that many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped immediately. The carrier service of Audacious Pet Boutique is US Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available upon request. For tracking information please call us at (740) 363-7088 or email info@audaciouspetboutique.com. Please understand that Audacious Pet Boutique has no control over delivery day or delivery time once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed packages.

Return Policy
Audacious Pet Boutique always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit. Store credits will not include the shipping and handling costs. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on the following items: sale items, seasonal items, football jerseys, wedding attire, custom-made orders, strollers, crates, playpens, beds, treats, or Carriers. Returnable items may be EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please be sure to indicate the reason for return. If another size is required, please indicate the size requested. Please return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.). We suggest that you insure your return package and ask for a tracking number from shipper as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Please send all returns to our address indicted below.

Audacious Pet Boutique reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition. Special Value (i.e. sale or clearance items), treats and other perishables are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Football jerseys are considered seasonal items and are non-returnable. Shipping and handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense ("return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Audacious Pet Boutique or designer). "Custom" and "special order" items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description. One exchange per item is permitted. Second and subsequent exchanges will incur a $10 charge per item. Order add-ons cannot be accepted and will need to be placed separately.
